Been wanting to run all weekend but couldn’t, so started my run this morning feeling a bit nervous that I wouldn’t be able to do week 2s first run but it was good and I managed to finish it without to much struggle, happy days 😁

You never need to be anxious about any of your runs. Each one builds up your strength & stamina for the next one as does each week. Keep it slow, keep drinking lots of water every day & take one run at a time. 👍 well done to get safely through to week 2 & do the first run so well🎈🌷

Well done, I can only imagine starting a new week seems daunting but the program is designed to get you ready for each increment. I start week 2 tomorrow as well.
