Week 8 run 2

So pleased the rain stopped, run went well, legs are really getting the hang of it, concerned about getting bad stomach pains for the rest of the day after last couple runs. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Often stomach pain and stitches due to lack of fluid. Are you hydrating well on rest days & run days? Can you slow it down a bit too maybe??

Great for getting to wk8. As for stomach pains is it possible you're running too fast or how long after eating are you running. Just a couple of things to think about. Well done you 😊

Well done on getting this far! I agree with the others. Check your hydration, and don’t eat less then two hours before running, unless it’s just something like a banana for energy.

Thanks everyone, thinking about it I don’t think I am drinking enough when I get back, will try more water
