Erm...I'm starting to think ive worked my running pace out wrong!

After the comments on my pace question the other day, I started to think I have worked out my pace wrong! I find the controls on our treadmill really confusing and we dont have a manual because its second hand, so my hubby helped me (and did it wrong!...I'm blaming him anyway)! I've tried to work it out today again and I think it's more like 7kph that I'm running at, not 10 or 11! 🤣🙈 Sorry for the confusion and for accidentally claiming I was running at the speed of lightning! 🤣 I did wonder why people were saying I was running fast when I felt so slow! Oh, the Joy's of being a newbie! 🙈

7kph is still not bad, that's a 42-43 minute 5k and that's not to be coughed at. It's a good basis for building up to a quicker 5k time.

Ah that's great news then thank you! I'm comfortable at that pace so it's a good building block for me hopefully 😀
