5th activity .

3 goes in the first week plus a steep hill walk and 2 rows of 5 min each .

Just tried a week 2 run/ walk .

No progress with my ability to run .

Legs useless still , but pleased I am still going xxx

Your legs aren't useless they just need time to get used to your new exercise. Have a rest day and try again. Good luck 😊

Keep it slow, and slower still & you will do it. As Buddy says take your rest day and try again! Eventually the legs realise what they have to do! 😀 Well done & keep going! 👍
