Your legs aren't useless they just need time to get used to your new exercise. Have a rest day and try again. Good luck 😊

Slow down so you can talk ungaspingly as you run.
You can do this.
Keep it slow, and slower still & you will do it. As Buddy says take your rest day and try again! Eventually the legs realise what they have to do! 😀 Well done & keep going! 👍
Don't beat yourself up. Every step is progress. Look at it this way: your light jog is the lighter side of light! Keep going. 🙌🏿
