So I have just completed my first run ever and week 1 run 1 of C25k.

Been lurking on here for a few weeks and finally got the courage to give it a go. Really enjoyed the first run and looking forward to the next one after a nice rest day :)

Well done you for having the courage and reaping the success of completing your first C25K run .... the first of many👏. The very first run can often be the hardest .... it has been for me so far, as it's the BIG leap into the dark .... but you've done just that. Trust the plan, because it soooo does work. Just be careful though .... .... as it can fast become addictive! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🤣

Great decision to start this programme. 9 months since i started and it has been life changing for me! (And I really mean that ). I couldn’t run 60 sec in Jan and i now run 3 times every week. Trust the plan. Strong head and strong legs !!!
