After reading comments to my last post and reading other people’s posts, I slowed down my walking and jogging. I got to the end feeling much better, still out of breadth and feeling like it was tough, but at least I didn’t think ‘I’ve got to sit down before I fall down’ haha. This w2 run3 was much more enjoyable, and I still feel like I’ve worked hard, so I feel good 😃 This forum is so good to read & ‘listen’ to, seeing that other people struggle a little (which is what exercise does) and get to the end successfully is great. I know I’m not the only one with silly aches and pains 🥴 Thanks guys 😃

It’s great to hear how other people are getting on. I’ve never ran in my life, so to be guided by other runners is fantastic. I’m running on the treadmill at the moment as I just don’t have the confidence to run outside yet. I used to go to a gym but spent the whole time with a huge hot flush, I think I was just so embarrassed 😞 I’m still melting but at least I’m in my own home 😃
