Just goes to show

Well, having graduated I have decided not to worry about speed and distance (slow speed + very short stride length = very little distance covered πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚}

I jumped on the treadmill and set off. I knew 8 tunes on my playlist is normally around 30 mins so vowed not to watch time ticking away as was first run without coach.

Well, I either counted wrong or there were a couple of very long tracks as at the end of track 8 I had been running for 35 mins!! Felt like I could have gone a bit further but didn't want to push it so soon after graduating.

Just goes to show my recent outside running must have been doing some good.

Just enjoying your run can really make it a good one. Well done you 😊😊

Outside running makes your legs stronger, I have noticed (I did all of C25K and bridge to 10K on a treadmill, then transitioned outside).

I recently got back on my treadmill and found my old treadmill pace too slow.

The treadmill is really good for consistent pace running though

I am trying to do a mixture of both as treadmill twice a week is the only way I can fit 3 runs a week in. Outside running definitely harder

πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ Might just have to do that. Would be happy with 5k to start
