Hi everyone, thought I would say hello and introduce myself.
You know when you suddenly realise you can't go on eating endlessly, stress eating/bingeing and haven't been doing enough exercise?Well that hit me last week so signed up for Couch To 5k app and to get back to running
Haven't run for years and years - at least 15 years.

Welcome and well done getting started. I too had a short break between runs (30 years) but this plan works and now I feel like Iβve been doing it forever! Enjoy your journey back to fitness through running.
