Iβm feeling so chuffed with myself! I just canβt believe I have finished.. I did have to run w9 twice due to my disaster outside, but I have done it and outside running is another challenge! ππ₯³π₯³

Congratulations! It really makes no difference whether you run outside or on a treadmill, you're still running.
You can now look at transitioning to outdoor running without the added pressure of having a set run duration, you could just head out once a week and see what happens, if you don't make the time you want then try again the following week.
Since I got the mid-term goal of running for 60 minutes I'm going to be doing one run a week outside.
