Well, following my previous post re running on the treadmill in the gym I thought I'd report back! First I didn't work out how to get Strava to map it (didn't have my glasses!). Then I realised the measurements are in km and I'm still working in mph! Heyho, I did 4km which I was quite happy with. It was much hotter than I'm used to. I did follow the advice and put the treadmill on an incline of 1.5. I then went for a swim and a steam which was very nice. I think I will still prefer to run outside but the treadmill will certainly be used during the winter months. Happy running all! :)

You seem to be getting your moneys worth at the gym, great . At least you've got the option of running outside or the treadmill. Well done you 😊
