If you click on the runs ahead in the app they will tell you. However if you have got this far believe me you can carry on. It’s always a small challenge onwards and upwards but it’s no race. We have the privilege of repeating runs if we need to, to attain the end goal. Take each one as it comes.

W6r3 has you running for 25 minutes continuously. It is not a big step up from W5r3.
