That was not as bad as I had prepared myself for and I found I actually had time to look around and see what I was running past instead of just being in a blur of 'please say it's time to walk' mantra going through my head.
The second 8 minutes was definitely harder but once I slowed down (I didn't think I could go any slower but hey I managed it) I felt much better.
Roll on the big 20 minutes of W5R3!
