I started C25K at the end of June and I'm delighted to say that I graduated last Thursday. I had a couple of wobbles and doubts along the way and the advice from others on here to stick to the programme has seen me through. I hope to keep doing a couple of 5k runs each week and be a regular parkrun entrant. As someone who had only run alone, I was quite freaked by the other 230 people around me when I pitched up on Saturday morning, but running with the pack did motivate me and the volunteers spurred me on - I was delighted with my 27:14 time too! I would now like to work towards a 10k next year, so any advice on autumn / winter running or apps to get from 5-10k?
