Week 6 run 1

Made it, tried running a little faster today, not my best idea, actually think starting and stopping is harder than keeping running

Wk6 run 1 and 2 do seem a bit harder after running for 20 minutes non stop on wk5. Just trust the plan keep it slow. Well done you 😊

Well done. W6R1 catches a lot of people out, especially those who try to run it faster! Keep the pace down, especially in the first 10 minutes of a run, and it’ll get easier. Of course, next run, that 10 minutes takes you to the last walking interval of the plan... enjoy.
