Having just joined it appears I have a follower - and it’s myself! What have I done and how do I get rid of my nuisance follower? Thanks in advance.....

When you get a "follower" that just means people on this forum are following your progress on C25K and any posts that you write, I am now going to 'follow' you, that means every post you send I will immediately see

i had this problem with pc/fone being 2 separate accounts.also on my strava,think it depended which way i logged in on.
