Okay life got in the way and I stopped 2 months ago, am I best starting again from the very beginning or continuing where I left off?

You could try a wk3 or wk4 run and see if you can do it ok, if not it would probably be advisable to go back to wk1 . Good luck 😊

Yes I would say try wk4 and if not start from the beginning. You will know how you feel.

Where did you leave off?

If you were in the second half of the plan you could probably pick up again in the middle, otherwise you are definitely safest starting again.

I’ve had a whole year off (three operations). I’ve started again at week one. I reckon if you pitch in at the point you think feels right and you can’t do it, go back a week until you can. The important bit is that once you start again, follow the programme, don’t skip ahead. And if the result is that you need to go back to week one don’t beat yourself up about it!
