First run of week 7 and i was happy to be out t before 7am...i saw no runners or dog walkers and the weather was cool, crisp and sunny... Any way walked out the door and my knee started aching... Tried to ignore it while doing the warm up walk then started to run and i thought got a pain in ankle then shin and then after 20 mins felt stitch coming on(first time) think my mind and body playing a few tricks or trying to get me to slow down or even stop... But im not giving in...... Also im not sure downloading strava was a good idea as i have stats and analysis of my run to contend with now and we are getting into the the realms of a serious runner.. It doesnt really mean much to me but in the 25 minute run i covered 3.3kms with an average pace of 7.34 mins per km.... See i have started already!!! ππππ I should have just carried on not knowing.. What do u wise people advise??? Have a great day...

Well done you . We did it as well π.
I am not going to look at my stats till I graduate, need to concentrate on just running first before I aim higher π

I also had the Strava app downloaded from wk7 but it didn't put me off I just liked being able to read things about my run . If you find it's getting in the way of your running just delete it and carry on running. Good luck π
