Feeling good to finish week 2 (despite my lack of motivation for the last 2 runs) but am back to work on Monday and my energy levels and motivation will take a real hit. Hoping I can go into week 3 feeling positive.

Well done you ⭐️ ! A nice run after work is brilliant for reducing stress levels. Take it slow and steady, and think of it as a reward - well deserved me time. Enjoy !

I like to run before work, really sets me up for the day, highly recommended!

Ah before work would be ideal but I'm only able to run in the evenings when my partner can stay with the little one.
