I started in May and had to do week 3 twice and week 9 twice but here I am, big smile on my face.... I completed the training.
I remember starting and struggling with 60 second runs .... and every interval run for the first weeks seemed like a major achievement, the best feeling ever every time I made it and was running here on the site to tell you about it. I remember dreading running 5' and then 8' seemed impossible, and then the famous 20' which I secretly thought would never happen.
I remember the pains in my legs, my knees, my calves at the beginning, as my body adjusted, which are now a distant memory.
I am so proud of myself if I may say so.
Thank you for all the support, encouragement, and great advice given here.
Now... where do I get my badge?

Lovely post. So easy to forget those earlier runs, but reviewing them is a great way to realise how far you’ve come Nic what is really a very short time. Well done you. Enjoy the glow of success! 🎉👏🏼🎉
Do read the excellent post on post-5K running from IannodaTruffe. As always, full of useful advice and links.
