Today was my first run for exactly two weeks picked a dry day and not so hot to get back out there. Very pleased with the effort made another 5k under 30mins in fact my third best time achieved. Hope everyone is going and doing well.

Thanks unfitnomore did run on hot Thursday last time and then decided wouldn’t do it again

Yes I'm fine. Did my first parkrun last Saturday it was amazing . I've always ran on my own . So to run with just over 200 people was really odd but at the same time really great. 😊

I'm not keen on running in the sun either, Papillon. Doesn't seem to have done you any harm at all to give it a miss!

Was a bit concerned not running for two weeks other than my agility runs with my dog that my stamina would drop but it appears good so will get out again over the weekend

Well done on your run saw your other post. Now it’s cooling off will try to get back to at least two runs a week but we are still in our competition season so makes Friday to Sunday a little hard to fit everything in.
