Hi thete I listened to advice here and have not ran for a week due to back pain. I was going to re start today as its so much better but thetes still a twinge here and there when i move. Should i wait intil its completely gone or just go for it now its 95% better? Im hoping to do park run Saturday? Im thinking as I write this that I should wait but be useful to hear what other people do? Thank You

I really feel for you, having had to rest for a couple of weeks with foot/ankle pain - I’m in week 7, and was loving it so much! So I totally get how frustrated you feel, but honestly I wouldn’t run with back twinges. I’d see a doc if it’s still not right. Hope you’re soon sorted and back running!

You could go out for a really slow short run and see how you feel . Any pain, stop . Good luck 😊

Have you been out brisk walking in your trainers? If not I would try that first & if that goes well try a very slow run the next day. You can always stop 🛑
