W2R3 still to do

I completed W2R2 last Wednesday but just had the busiest of weekends and am still to do R3. I felt exhausted yesterday probably the result of party food and lots of standing/sitting around for hours. I’m planning on running tomorrow and wondered if I should go ahead with R3 or start week 2 again as it would have been a week of pretty much no exercise since my last run?
