Hi

I have continual pain in my hips and back my psoas muscles are always contracted despite physio with someone who usually can put me right. My hip flexors are always tight and painful and my thigh and calf muscles as well. I have ankle joint pain . I stretch and do nothing strenuous. I have Hashimotos and leaky gut and am on 38 mg of levothyroxine. I cannot loose weight either and I was told that T4 is not the way to go and I need T3, but my endocrinologist says my levels are all ok
