This is cool at the moment!!! I have done my 5K for today with a time of 46 minutes. Not bad for an old girl of 52. It was a hot one which made it a bit exhausting towards the end.

I think I have run in hotter weather this summer. So bearing this in mind where was your hottest run and how hot was the temperature?

Time to hydrate. 🏃‍♀️

I started this in the heatwave that was last summer... every run was damn hot, and I was running at 9 and 10pm!

Great running today... it’s gonna feel great when autumn arrives.

I was at home here in Scotland roughly 8 weeks ago. I swear I was hotter than the sun on my run 🌞🌞🌞

This was a year or so ago. But here this morning in Sunny Staffs Moorlands it was 15 degrees at 7.15 and has been very hot today.

The trouble is..in France you get used to the heat..here last week it was barely 10 and today...27...

I ran about 5.30 this evening and it was 23 degrees. So mine was still a hot run. I live on the Somerset levels and before that I would run around a reservoir in Lancashire.
