I went to work then went to visit a family member in hospital by the time I got home it was something to nine. I will have to do it tomorrow hopefully

You did the correct thing by visiting a family member who was in hospital, just think of what that person would have thought of you if you hadn't gone, "he thinks his running is more important than visiting me", yes, you can do your second day run tomorrow.
