Finally! 5k non stop

229 days after I started C25K, I have finally done 5k non stop. My tooth has been causing problems on and off for a month and is still not right, but with a bit of grim determination, niko-niko (Japanese slow running), and doubling back to get the distance in, I did it. At last I might be ready for a Park Run!!

Brilliant! I’m also working towards actually running 5k, managed 4K in 35 minutes this morning so slowly does it I’m on my way.

Excellent stuff! This would be one of my three running goals -

1) Complete C25K

2) Run continuously for 5,000 metres

3) Run 5K in 30 minutes or less.

You've done 2/3 of those so I'm overjoyed for you. Keep it up! 👍

Well done!! 5 km is a big milestone (I don’t think a kilometrestone exists).
