Hi all! We survived the move and are settling in to our new digs outside DC. My last run (W8R3) was on Sunday. Today (Saturday) I jumped onto the treadmill for W9R1 and... made it 15 minutes. Ugh. I can't tell if it's psychological or if going a week without exercise has truly been enough to set me back, but here I am.

I think I'll go back to Week 6 to regain my confidence, and see how quickly I can be ready for Week 9!

Update: W6R1 done, not without self-doubt and self-reproach. :D

Well done for getting back into it 😃. Good idea to restart at week 6, glad to see your update that you managed W6R1 👍. No need for self-doubt and self-reproach as the upheaval of a move 🏡 is enough to set anybody back a bit. Happy future running 🏃‍♀️
