Post holiday run did 6k in the rain!! 😁

Woo hoo, loved my run today, first one in over 2 weeks as I’ve been sunning it in Cyprus, no chance of running there, too blooming hot! Set off thinking I’d try to do 5k and managed 6k, felt amazing, the (light) rain was lovely and refreshing and I kept a steady pace, average 6.37mins, did 6k in 39 mins. Love the feeling after a good run, makes you want to run tomorrow, have to see how the knees feel first 🤣
