So after graduating and moving onto slow running I still have knee trouble. Tried resting up for a week, stretches etc but now my knees seem permanently stiff and sore. Any thoughts on treatment, or tried and tested exercises. (Have read most of the theories and opinions on this ).

You sounds as if you've tried everything, maybe a trip to the doctors now to see if they can help 😊

If knees are stiff, keep them moving.

Have you tried these exercises nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/k... which are designed to be done daily, strengthening the supporting muscles around the knee and improving blood flow.

If it persists, consult your GP or physio.
