Filled with trepidation, third time trying C25K, this is the furthest I've managed during the two years I've been trying. I've seen 3 friends I've introduced it to graduate and go on to even further things. Here I go....25 minutes...that's very nearly30🤔

If you can get from 0 to 20 minutes you can certainly get from 20 to 30 if you stick to the plan.
