On paper it looked so easy.....
But ouchy, my legs felt so painful... 8 mins was the easiest part, never imagined I would be saying that. Haha.

I’ve yet to see a running event done on paper... this one is why 🤣
It’s a tough run... much tougher than it looks... it catches a lot of people out. You did it though... great job. Same again in run two, keep that pace in control, especially in the first half.
Yes I'm on wk 6 too
Thought would easier after wk5 .3
Mind over matter to do it it rained half way through so ran in n under trees
So tired in the evening but glad I did it
Got to wk 7 .1 in March but had to stop due to groin pain issues
Looks like I might get to wk 9 this time
It's not a race so gradual heh?
Doesn't matter if need to repeat then move on
