As they say "when you can't be bothered to run, run" just get out there and ignore the gremlins.
The run...and how it makes me feel... what I see, hear,smell and feel. Time to lose any stress or worries.. time to reflect on how lucky I am, that I am physically and mentally able to run...
( And the fact that if I don't run... the friends on here will be chasing me... like we will chase you...Get out there! )
That feeling you get when you complete a run always did it for me. What you waiting for get your shoes on and get out there 😊😊
Nike do a guided run called “don’t wanna run run” which is 25 minutes long... so if you fancy being coached through the run, that’s the perfect one for you!!! I’ve done it a few times, it’s amazing.
Thank you for all your comments.. I did it! I left my trainers at work so had to run in my boyfriends (not ideal) but glad I did it!

In my mind I have an image of you running in your boyfriend's trainers. But it's based on what I would look like in my husband's - he's a size 12 and I'm a size 4 😁
Usually I run with spoken word podcasts now, but when I feel like I can't be bothered to run, I tell myself I will just go for a "quick dance in the park".
I put on my favourite tracks and my body may be running but in my head I'm dancing in a small basement disco in South Kensington in 1974 💃 😄
