Feeling pleased and proud as finally managed week 9R3

Determined to keep it up. Know now I can still run even if I take a break so it won't have to be all or nothing anymore!

Well done you! Doesn’t that feel grand?

I suggest you just do a few weeks consolation runs whilst you decide what to aim for next. Take it easy and get those running legs comfortable with doing 30 minutes three times a week.

And btw, do go get your graduation badge (pinned posts on right hand side)

Congratulations. You are no longer Once Fit but Fit! πŸ˜€ πŸŽ‰πŸ•Ί

I am one run away from completing the program.

Any plans?

Good luck! I feel so pleased as I had a big gap between run 2 and 3 so was nervous. Now determined...I'm going to follow your progress as I need to keep myself motivated!

Oh, thanks.

Not checked, yet, what the next milestone is. But I recall C25K+...

Some find that they lack a motivation after C25K a little.

That happened to me a few years ago, I graduated did quite a bit of consolidation and a 5k charity run. But somehow I stopped running and I'm mad with myself about that still! Not this time! ...

Ah, don't be mad about it. You cannot turn back time. For some reason you couldn't or didn't want to make it.

Take it as a 'lesson'. Now you don't want to stop, and that's great. πŸƒ

Congratulations! Sometimes a small break helps... many elite athletes take a week off every now and then, so why not us mere mortals? Celebrate well then enjoy some consolidation and your next running adventure
