I graduated last week. Slow and steady, never run before in my life. And this week managed 5k twice. So very pleased I did it. It’s a new beginning for me and I’m sure will be brilliant for you too

Well done. I started C25K just before my 66 birthday. So go for it. It’s transformational. 8months later I’m aiming to run my first 10k tomorrow. Eek! 😊😉

Welcome! I started C25k just before my 60th birthday. Life changing. I graduated and am on my consolidation runs. I went for a walk yesterday which turned out to be a tough trail along some beautiful cliffs 😰 and amazed myself with my increased stamina. My VRB's were helping me when the going got tough..slow and steady...breathe.. you can do it...There is no way I would have completed it before this programme. Tired legs today! Enjoy your new running life 🏃‍♀️

Just completed flying start! Not sure whether to repeat it or carry on into week 2. Breathing very laboured & only just make each run!
