I start running at 4:30 AM. And after i finish, i keep walking around till 6 AM. I go run in a nice neighborhood near the beach with many trees and flowers, so it's a lot of fun πŸ˜„.

Yeah it is, thanks! I just started this routine about a month and a half ago, actually. Hopefully i can keep it up till winter comes. I love winter since it's always hot in here.
