Junior parkrun - get your kids/grandkids doing it

I took my boys to our local junior parkrun this morning (parkwood in Maidstone). They had the best time and it is the most positive experience. It made me glad that I have got myself fit enough to do it with them.

Glad you had fun at parkwood juniors, it such a great fun for all the kids and its always great fun to volunter too.
