Completed W8R1 yesterday and have pretty much found it fairly easy-going until now. Today however, my legs (mainly thighs) are really aching and I'm not sure if I'll be able to complete tomorrow's W8R2. I have religiously ran on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays so don't want to mess up my routine. I'm not in pain so I'm thinking I should go for it tomorrow. Any advise?

There's no harm in taking extra rest days if you feel like you need more time now that you are running for longer stretches. I understand that you don't want to mess up your routine because it's worked well for you so far. But the sky won't fall in if you wait until Thursday or Friday for your next run. And it will be more enjoyable for you if your thighs aren't aching before you have even started your run! Maybe just see how you feel tomorrow?
