I’ve managed 2 runs since we arrived a week ago. Went out before the sun got out it’s bed this morning, was much cooler and more enjoyable. Ran for 23 mins. I’m happy with that 🏃🏻‍♀️🌞

It’s been pretty hot since we started so managing but looking forward to cooler running weather
