I brought my running gear with me and surprised my crew mates by going out this morning in blowy dreich conditions. Unsure of where to go I set out along the coast and was passed by several cars and my daughter running the other way. I have overcome the barrier of being seen- major breakthrough! And then strava tells me I have just run the wayside coastal loop - a proper route and everything- feeling smarmy 🙂and a proper big girl runner!
