I love this programme. I’m back, mentally, to where I was when I did the programme in the autumn. I can’t say that it’s easy but I’m doing all the runs and making progress. I trust the programme to get me back to 5K three times a week and so far, so good. I’m also losing weight - eight and a half pounds in five weeks – so there’s less of me to haul round the park! As I said when I did it the first time round, the going’s getting tougher but so am I. Happy running everyone.

That's an amazing weight loss - really well done. Have to say I found W6R1 a bit of a slog - maybe a bit of a "back to normal" after the high of W5R3? Anyway, onwards to R2...
