Has anyone got any tips for the best way to breath when running please? I find usually my legs will let me keep going but mu lungs struggle. They are getting better, as I have noticed in my walks that I am recovering faster, but whilst running I do struggle a little. Sanj, the chap in my ear says he times his breathing with ever 4th step of his left foot, but I tried that and got a bit confused hahahah
