... by completing week 2 run 1 just now! Having never run before, only at school 35 years ago (and even then I couldn’t run), I’ve just got through all of the 90 second stints in this run. I needn’t have worried myself over the weekend about it. Ok, it was slow jogging but I didn’t stop, so I’m super pleased and can’t wait for the next one!

Yes! Well done! I have W2R1 tomorrow, and I’m planning on going slooow - it’s exciting isn’t it?!

Exciting and scary at the same time! I’m unfit and a couple of stone overweight but giving this my best shot. Good luck with your next run. Nice and slow is definitely the way to go!

I’ve been so encouraged by reading posts by lots of people that are just ordinary people like me, lots of issues whether it’s dodgy knees or weight or not exercising for years, and still people are managing it! So inspirational, really makes me feel I can do it!

Great start! Personally I found Week 2 easier because Week 1 just went on forever!

Yes, week 1 did feel like the longest week e-v-e-r! Week 2 has started well but we’ll see how it goes. 😊
