Oldgirlruns and Hazel10 - Hi girls, I took your advice and decided I would walk up the inclines, and when it was time to jog, I turned around and came back down the hills. Such a simple idea, but I was concentrating on doing a circular route and totting up the miles. Anyway, long story short, I did it! Obviously coming down an incline is much easier, but I found I was able to do the three minutes easily, and it didn't hurt the fronts of my legs as running up had 🏃♀️🎉 Thank you for your continued support and advice. Feeling good! ☺️
