Managed to finally run 5k last night. Chuffed as it was partly against a strong wind and uphill. Done in 38 mins which I'm hoping is a decent time!

Well done to you Cloud73 on running a 5K last night, I also ran a 5K yesterday, not my first, but also in 38 minutes, well done, 38 minutes is a decent time, sub 40 minute 5K is what I always want to complete a 5K in, I am due to run my first parkrun next Saturday and hope to run it in less than 40 minutes. 😊 🏃

Thank you, well done to you too. Good luck for Saturday's Park run. I might sign up for one too, bit apprehensive though! Going out tomorrow morning so will see how the timing goes, fingers crossed I keep under 40 mins.
