My first big run, slow and steady, had a couple of hills, oh the joy of downhill after going up. I honestly never thought I would get this far, I’m running every other day and looking forward to it 🥰.

Well done, MrsCDN, a great achievement. I’m scheduled to tackle W5R3 tomorrow - any tips? It seems such a big leap from eight to twenty minutes!

I just kept it slow. Music loud. Kept telling myself that I’m actually running. It’s was ok, keeping a pace, rather than breaking for a walk was different but good different.

Then slow and steady it will be. Thanks! 👍

Well done you, 20 minutes non stop that's a great achievement 😊

Congratulations to you MrsCDN on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃 😊
