I have just started doing Ct5K again after injury, I run on a treadmill so today I did run three out on the road. Hence my title I found it very hard but I will try again treadmill and road. Thanks for your encouragement in past posts.

Well done... I can run 90 minutes outdoors and 5 minutes on a treadmill... they’re different, but outdoors there’s no big red “screw this” button 🤣

I ran the whole of c25k on treadmill, I am slowly transitioning outside.
It is very different especially mentally, but totally doable.
