Set pacer on watch to 4.45/km and aimed for 3k. Ran out of gas at 2.7k but kept pace at 4.30/km. I had a hard gym session this morning too. So well pleased

Johnny, you never cease to amaze me... that is some mighty fine running. 4:30/km? Get outta here! You’d have nailed 3k at 4:45 too... no doubt about it.

I know but I had it in my head that I didn't want to slow it down. This was a all out attack. I'm taking a different approach to this 5k running. Lol have to say I'm loving doing the smaller runs. I can mix it up more.
