Honestly nothing to dread , all the runs you completed up until now will have prepared you for it physically it's just that mental barrier you have to get through. You can do this. Good luck 😊

Bricking it, that's a new one on me, just relax, take the run slowly, after you have completed it you will be very proud of yourself 😊 🏃. You can do it. 😊

Why? Just a set of runs..and all of them...you are ready for..slow and steady.

That's great, I find it good to empty your bowels before running :D

just teasing, the only battle is the mental one, the physical one the programme has prepared you for over all the previous runs

If I can, you can! Honestly it’s just another run in the C25K series of runs. If 20 minutes sounds too long, just break it down into smaller sections. You’ll be fine - it’s what you started C25K to do isn’t it? Go for it BB!

Slow and steady. If it hurts, slow down more. Don’t forget we’re all right here cheering you on x

I loved W5R3, it’s so empowering, honest, the freedom of just running & the sense of achievement is fab. You CAN do this!!

You will be absolutely fine. The thought of it is worse than the doing it. I think most of us felt like you. Go on.

Tell us how you feel after.🏃‍♀️

I was in your place a couple of weeks ago. You think you can't do it, but you can. I think it is one of the key parts of the programme because after that run you realise that you are going to be able to complete the programme. Plus, you will feel amazing because you did it!

I felt like you but it really isn’t that bad, you have trained for it, plus you will feel amazing afterwards. Go for it, good luck.

Go slowly and try and stay relaxed. It's as simple as that because you have worked through a tried and tested programme that works. If you're anxious it's harder to breathe so be positive and enjoy feeling proud of yourself.

Well it wasn't actually as bad as I thought it was. It was tough but I was tougher! 💪
