I seemed to have stopped c25k at run 7 week 1, I tried and got to 12 minutes, I just didn’t feel I was running upright, I felt I was stopping forward, couldn’t get the rhythm!! Anyway that was 15 days ago ! Done my housework this morning, put my trainers on and away I went...25 minutes later completed it, I just didn’t think about it to much ! Unbelievable! I’m so pleased 😁
