What a beautiful day to do 5k 😁. Glad that ones done and dusted as it's getting warm out there . Only got one run left now which I'll do friday morning and that will be that ! Bring on Friday and let's do this ! Happy running people 👌✌

the admins are polishing your shiny graduation badge as we speak my last run was a visit to each week, at one minute I remembered week 1, etc. at 20 minutes, week 5, 25 mins week 7, 28 mins week 8, it was a nice nostalgic look at how far I'd come and admiration for how well the programme works that I found each of those weeks about equally difficult

Thanks backintime, those weeks and runs have flown by and yep ,each week andeach run have had there own challenges for me but onwards and upwards and bring on Friday 😁👌✌
